Flourtown is a census-designated place (CDP) in Springfield Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Flourtown is adjacent to the neighborhoods of Erdenheim, Oreland, Whitemarsh, and Chestnut Hill. The population of Flourtown was 4,538 at the 2010 census. Its ZIP code is 19031.
Founded in 1743, the community was so named on account of a flouring mill near the original town site.[3] In 1940, the Pennsylvania guide, compiled by the Writers' Program of the Works Progress Administration, noted that regional farmers had previously come to the area to buy supplies and "have their wheat ground by the millers along the Wissahickon. Most of the houses are old, many dating to Colonial times. Flourtown's sole commercial activity is carried on by a few antique shops."[4]

Fantastic quality of work, really helped us with our vision and making it a reality. Ensured that we understood every aspect of the process and what the final product would look like and entail. This was the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. We hired Elite to renovate a guest bathroom first to see what kind of job they would do. The project was started and finished on time, the work was superior and the personnel who did the work were on time, professional, hard-working and cleaned up every single day. We then had Liram, the owner, do a major renovation of our master bath which required the knocking out of walls and a total reconfiguration. Liram provided us with a wonderful floor plan with innovative ideas and then, completed the project using a team of workers who were truly master craftsmen. Again, they were on time, worked hard, came in at budget and the result was stunning. Liram came to the worksite every single day to check on the progress and followed up after completion with minor replacement of some hardware. The fact that he has a showroom filled with samples was extremely helpful and the quality of the products, though more expensive, was worth it. We would not hesitate to use Liram and Elite Kitchens and Bath in the future for any household renovation.

Thankfully, after interviewing 10-12 other local contractors, I found Elite Kitchen & Baths. From the very start Lirim, the owner, was very responsive and understood the scope of our kitchen gut job remodel. He presented us with great options, at a fair price and exceptional custom quality material. Lirim was involved in every step of the project, from consultation, design, and construction. Lirim was onsite everyday to do the work and supervise his crew. We were also lucky to have Al onsite everyday to complete much of the construction work, he was great. Look no further... call Lirim! I highly recommend Elite Kitchen & Baths for any kitchen or bath remodel project. We look forward to having Lirim back next year to renovate our bathrooms.

Finally! A contracting firm that does what they promise to do! Lirim and the Elite team were a breath of fresh air to work with. They completely reconstructed our guest and master bathrooms, which elevated the quality of our home. Lirim was very accommodating during our first meeting at our home. He gave ideas and suggestions as well as listened closely to what we were looking to accomplish. He is a wealth of information from many years in the industry, and it was very helpful to have him guiding us along in the design process. Elite has a very comprehensive showroom with every option imaginable to give you a fully customized project. They are a design to finish firm which made the whole project streamlined and stress free. One thing that makes Lirim and Elite stand out, is the time they are willing to give to answer any questions and to make sure you happy with the project each step of the way. We never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision. Lack of communication is often a complaint made about contracting/construction firms, but we were in constant contact with Lirim daily. We knew when to expect work to begin and were given a plan daily of what would be accomplished. The job site was always immaculately cleaned up at the end of the day and they made sure to take care as they moved throughout the home as to not disturb day-to-day life. The quality of work cannot be matched. It is in the small details and extra steps from how they put in a new shower, to precision tiling, to the custom free standing tub fill console. They do not cut corners and it shows. Lastly, it was a pleasure to work with Lirim and everyone over at Elite. I would recommend them to anyone.
